Acrylic Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of chemical operators to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
• Manage and prioritize EHS performance, including housekeeping and 5S practices
• Supervise, coach, and develop operators and temporary employees in manufacturing processes
• Provide technical assistance and serve as the first line of support for processing issues
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure adherence to production schedules across plants
• Coordinate communication flow within and outside the department to ensure effective collaboration

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of production experience in the chemical industry
• Chemical Operator A or B level certification/experience
• Ability to wear full face PPE (must be clean shaven)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP
• Experience using TotalChrom
