About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the registration, update, and removal of companies, workers, vehicles, and machinery in the project's documentary platform.
  • Review and validate documentation uploaded by contractors and subcontractors to ensure validity and compliance.
  • Manage personnel accreditation for site access.
  • Provide support and training to users regarding the document upload process.
  • Monitor documents nearing expiration and manage their timely updates.
  • Prepare follow-up reports regarding the status of documentation.
  • Maintain the project's documentary database.
  • Coordinate with SST (Health and Safety), HR, and Supervision areas to ensure all project access requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in document management, personnel accreditation, or document control within construction, infrastructure, or energy projects.
  • Experience in reviewing and validating contractor and subcontractor documentation.
  • Experience using document management platforms and access control systems.
  • Technical or Technologist degree (or student) in Administration, Document Management, SST, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of labor documentation, SST validation, and social security affiliations.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of entry requirements for construction and renewable energy projects.
  • Availability for onsite work at the project location.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
