About the role
Responsibilities
- Research and source potential seller leads from online platforms and other sources
- Assist in expanding the database of prospective sellers
- Collaborate with the Channel Partner team to arrange property visits
- Schedule and organize both direct and Channel Partner-led site visits for acquisitions
- Participate in house visits to gather property details, take videos, and record relevant data
- Conduct on-the-ground assessments to support the evaluation of acquisition opportunities
- Assist in building and nurturing relationships with potential sellers and Channel Partners
- Act as a point of support for sellers during the initial stages of the acquisition process
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Experience
- Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance preferred
- Fluent verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in Hindi is highly beneficial
- Readiness to travel within the Mumbai area
- Ability to work a 6-day work week, including weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
