Responsibilities

• Perform detailed underwriting of potential acquisition opportunities, including financial modeling and risk assessment
• Assess potential real estate acquisition opportunities by analyzing market trends, property performance, and investment potential
• Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including site visits and reviewing legal documents
• Perform comprehensive market research to identify trends and competitive landscapes within the industrial real estate sector
• Develop and maintain financial models to support acquisition decisions, including cash flow projections and ROI analysis
• Assist in the preparation of detailed investment memos and pitch materials for senior leadership
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of acquisition strategies
• Prepare regular reports on acquisition activities and market conditions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, brokerage, or financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling
• Proficiency in Argus and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial real estate
• Georgia Real Estate License
