About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a multi-channel acquisition plan to drive a steady pipeline of new mortgage broker partners
- Own and optimise the full funnel from awareness through to application
- Manage acquisition budgets with a CPA focus, testing ad creative, landing pages, and audience segments
- Implement retargeting campaigns to nurture interested brokers
- Own Growth Partners website landing pages, optimising for SEO and conversion (CRO)
- Track and report on digital acquisition KPIs including CPA, CTR, and ROI by channel
- Produce weekly dashboards and data-backed recommendations for spend reallocation
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
- At least 3 years in a digital or performance marketing role
- Proven track record of growing memberships or acquiring partners in professional services
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms and content management tools
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to model LTV:CAC
