About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and onboard new, high quality hosts in assigned territories
  • Create and deploy scaled strategies to acquire Professional Hosts
  • Represent Airbnb in external meetings with Professional Hosts as a market expert
  • Analyze data to identify and act on strategic opportunities for sales growth
  • Build and manage partner relationships within the assigned territory
  • Maintain understanding of technical integrations with software partners
  • Educate clients on product changes and cascade feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with product, communications, and public policy teams

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales
  • Strong B2B sales and new business development experience
  • Proven track record of executing in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to perform data analysis and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Ability to travel to assigned markets

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hospitality or travel industry experience
  • Regional hospitality/travel industry experience in France
