About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect and onboard new, high quality hosts in assigned territories
- Create and deploy scaled strategies to acquire Professional Hosts
- Represent Airbnb in external meetings with Professional Hosts as a market expert
- Analyze data to identify and act on strategic opportunities for sales growth
- Build and manage partner relationships within the assigned territory
- Maintain understanding of technical integrations with software partners
- Educate clients on product changes and cascade feedback to internal stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with product, communications, and public policy teams
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales
- Strong B2B sales and new business development experience
- Proven track record of executing in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to perform data analysis and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to travel to assigned markets
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of hospitality or travel industry experience
- Regional hospitality/travel industry experience in France
