Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new, high-quality professional hosts to build and manage a strong pipeline in Italy
• Create and deploy scalable strategies to effectively acquire professional inventory in your assigned territory
• Represent Airbnb in external meetings as a credible and knowledgeable market expert
• Analyze data to identify and act on strategic opportunities to drive sales growth
• Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic partners and professional hosts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, and public policy teams to ensure market success
• Educate clients on product changes and provide feedback to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sales
• Proven experience in B2B sales and new business development
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make decisions based on results
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Fluency in both Italian and English
• Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments
• Willingness to travel to assigned markets

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the hospitality or travel industry
• Local market expertise within the Italian hospitality sector
