Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new, high-quality professional hosts across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland)
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of professional inventory to expand Airbnb's supply base
• Develop and deploy scalable, localized supply acquisition strategies to drive market growth
• Represent Airbnb in external meetings as a credible market expert to build partner relationships
• Analyze regional data to identify strategic opportunities and make data-driven sales recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, and public policy teams to ensure long-term market success
• Educate clients on product changes and provide feedback to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional sales experience
• Proven experience in B2B sales and new business development
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make decisions based on results
• Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Fluency in both German and English
• Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments
• Willingness to travel to assigned markets within the DACH region

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the hospitality or travel industry
• Previous experience working within the DACH geographic market
