Acquisition & Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the entire acquisition funnel, from initial awareness to the first loan disbursement
• Scale and optimize paid acquisition channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, and affiliates
• Manage and reallocate acquisition budgets based on return, payback, and profitability
• Drive lifecycle optimization in partnership with Product teams (signup, KYC, and onboarding)
• Lead the referral engine strategy, including incentives, mechanics, and fraud control
• Design and execute structured experimentation frameworks across creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Work with Data and Risk teams to ensure acquisition focuses on profitable, low-risk segments
• Build dashboards and provide clear narratives around acquisition performance and insights

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth, acquisition, or performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience managing paid media specifically for B2C mobile apps
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, LTV/CAC, and payback periods
• Experience optimizing in-app lifecycle funnels (signup, KYC, activation)
• Experience building or scaling referral programs
• Proven experience leading and managing teams of 6+ members
• Experience opening new acquisition channels and building strategic partnerships

• Proven experience within the fintech or lending industry
