About the role

Responsibilities

  • Innovate and develop new acquisition models and strategies
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies for direct channels to acquire sellers and properties
  • Develop the Channel Partner program, including strategies and commercials
  • Manage relationships with Channel Partners
  • Pitch to sellers, negotiate property prices, and close deals

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales, Growth, Product, Ops, Strategy, or Consulting roles
  • Exceptional track record in previous professional roles or academics
  • Proven ability to hustle and execute tasks independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in early to mid-stage startups
  • Interest in investing or managing personal wealth
  • Experience as part of university, semi-professional, or professional sports teams
