Acquisition Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new Mid-Market clients, supporting Business Manager and initial campaign creation
• Proactively analyze campaign performance data and implement Test & Learn roadmaps
• Identify and secure scaling opportunities and upsells by demonstrating ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve client setup
• Monitor and analyze client account performance, articulating complex data stories simply
• Upskill advertisers on Reddit Pro and organic best practices

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Media Planning/Strategy
• Experience in digital advertising, social media, or performance marketing
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for providing insights and proving ROI
• Expertise in Test & Learn and Measurement Lift methodologies
• Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners
• Solid understanding of the customer marketing funnel
