About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in the successful execution and delivery of acoustics projects according to contract terms.
  • Oversee project planning, implementation, and tracking of deliverables to meet client goals.
  • Manage assigned projects through all lifecycle stages, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop detailed work plans, identify required resources from other disciplines, and track project documentation.
  • Maintain contractual, business, and financial records, keeping leadership and accounting informed of project status.
  • Identify QA/QC requirements and schedule appropriate technical reviews.
  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings and participate in client meetings to manage expectations.
  • Create and maintain purpose-built tools, templates, and standardized deliverables to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Accredited engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of design and construction concepts, practices, and standards.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, specifications, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
