Responsibilities

• Act as a project leader for investigations, calculations, and design within building or industrial acoustics
• Take significant responsibility for client contact and delivery
• Participate in market development, client dialogues, and project deliveries
• Collaborate with both experienced and junior colleagues on diverse projects

Requirements

• Approximately 5-10 years of experience in building acoustics or industrial acoustics
• Strong consulting mindset with a focus on quality and business value
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Clear communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Ability to convey technical reasoning in a pedagogical manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized expertise in building or industrial acoustics
• Experience in project management and client-facing roles
