Aconex Solution Architect (Technical Lead)

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation, deployment, and optimization of Oracle Aconex solutions.
• Design scalable Aconex architectures and translate business requirements into technical solution designs.
• Configure Aconex projects, including document structures, workflows, forms, correspondence, and security settings.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle Aconex and enterprise applications using APIs.
• Plan and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle Aconex.
• Lead technical workshops and provide expert guidance to project stakeholders.
• Manage system testing (SIT/UAT), go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience, including extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Aconex.
• Proven track record of leading Aconex implementation and deployment projects from initiation to go-live.
• Deep expertise in Aconex configuration, document control, and workflow management.
• Experience designing enterprise document management solutions and integration strategies.
• Strong understanding of engineering and construction workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Aconex certifications.
• Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.
• Proficiency with APIs, system integrations, and complex data migrations.
• Experience working in remote, cross-functional project environments.
• Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives and cloud-based enterprise applications.
