Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and supply chain activities for a specific product portfolio, from requirement expression to supplier follow-up.
• Source, select, and prospect new suppliers while analyzing internal needs in collaboration with requesting departments.
• Negotiate commercial conditions including price, lead times, quality, and contracts.
• Drive procurement processes by placing orders, monitoring delivery times, and securing product availability.
• Optimize stock levels and manage supplier performance indicators (quality, cost, and lead times).
• Handle supplier disputes and coordinate non-conformities with internal services.

Requirements

• Minimum Bac +2 / Bac +3 degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong command of Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
• Solid knowledge of international trade, including Incoterms, logistics, and customs.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
