Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for Passenger Information Systems (PACIS) from the tender phase through deployment
• Launch RFQs to the Alstom supplier panel in accordance with procurement strategies and validated packages
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal Quality, Cost, and Delay (QCD) requirements
• Present Business Awards to internal stakeholders or submit procurement commitments during the tender phase
• Establish legal contracts with selected suppliers in collaboration with the Legal department
• Define and manage supplier contractual commitments regarding Life Cycle Cost and maintenance
• Monitor cost variations during development and deployment phases
• Optimize costs through technical levers and redesign initiatives
• Monitor supplier risks related to QCD and prepare mitigation plans

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of procurement experience within a complex industrial environment
• Proficiency in SAP is required
• Fluent in English
• Strong contract management skills and interest in legal framework implementation
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to work with rigor in a high-stakes industrial setting
