Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives within the purchasing department
• Build and monitor purchasing and supply chain performance indicators for specific projects
• Optimize supply chain management for a group-level project
• Support the development of a transversal group purchasing function, including process implementation and team support
• Collaborate with internal teams across mechanical, electronic, and logistics procurement domains

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree in purchasing or supply chain
• Curious, dynamic, and comfortable with interpersonal interactions
• Proactive with a methodical mindset for process implementation and change management
• Proficient in Excel for building and tracking KPIs
