Responsibilities

• Research and identify new sources for the "Foundry Machining" commodity
• Draft technical specifications and participate in supplier assessments
• Conduct an inventory of GE tooling held by various suppliers (foundry, spinning, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a tracking tool for industrial tooling
• Analyze product range offers to optimize purchasing parameters for legacy systems
• Manage specific commodity purchases and provide support to the wider purchasing team

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 program (or equivalent) in Purchasing or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Query
• Knowledge of SAP and Business Objects
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong autonomy, rigor, and teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in technical and industrial subjects
