About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the quality assurance system for the Teacher Education Program, including collecting assessment data from program checkpoints.
- Coordinate accreditation processes to maintain compliance with state and national standards.
- Manage assessment software and provide technical assistance to faculty, students, and school partners.
- Review and revise program assessments to ensure validity and reliability.
- Draft, manage, and submit required reports for state and national accreditation organizations.
- Facilitate departmental preparation for accreditation site visits and stakeholder activities.
- Provide teaching or clinical support to teacher candidates as needed.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop students within the College’s integrated Work College Program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or an assessment-related field.
- 3 years of experience in accreditation and continuous improvement within a higher education setting.
- Experience teaching or supervising teacher candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Qualtrics.
- Valid Driver's license and ability to travel to testing centers or conferences.
- Strong ability to collect, analyze, and report qualitative and quantitative data.

- Master's Degree in Education or an assessment-related field.
