About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries including purchases, sales, payments, receipts, and journals
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Handle GST workings and returns
- Manage TDS calculations and returns
- Assist in basic Income Tax Return preparation
- Support trial balance, ledger scrutiny, and finalization processes
- Follow up with clients for necessary documentation and compliance
Requirements
- B.Com degree
- 6 months to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong fundamental accounting knowledge
- Practical experience with GST and TDS
- Proficiency in TallyPrime
- Good command over Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and documentation discipline
