Accounts Receivables Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage A/R and Credit operations for all entities, ensuring a seamless end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Supervise the customer invoicing process to ensure timely and error-free completion.
• Design and implement processes, SOPs, and SLAs for the O2C stream across the organization.
• Monitor customer balances, aging reports, and DSO, reporting key metrics to the CCFO and Financial Controller.
• Oversee credit management, including credit assessments, approving credit limits, and managing credit committees.
• Coordinate with Commercial, FP&A, Treasury, and Tax teams to ensure accurate forecasting of AR and revenue.
• Manage customer relations, resolving inquiries related to A/R and investigating root causes for deductions.
• Lead the O2C month-end closing process, ensuring all reconciliations and deadlines are met.
• Manage intercompany trade processes, including credit limits, settlements, and transfer pricing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Commerce.
• 7 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Strong financial analytical skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Proven negotiation skills.
