About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage A/R and Credit operations for all entities, ensuring a seamless end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
- Supervise the customer invoicing process to ensure timely and error-free completion.
- Design and implement processes, SOPs, and SLAs for the O2C stream across the organization.
- Monitor customer balances, aging reports, and DSO, reporting key metrics to the CCFO and Financial Controller.
- Oversee credit management, including credit assessments, approving credit limits, and managing credit committees.
- Coordinate with Commercial, FP&A, Treasury, and Tax teams to ensure accurate forecasting of AR and revenue.
- Manage customer relations, resolving inquiries related to A/R and investigating root causes for deductions.
- Lead the O2C month-end closing process, ensuring all reconciliations and deadlines are met.
- Manage intercompany trade processes, including credit limits, settlements, and transfer pricing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Commerce.
- 7 years of professional experience in accounting.
- Strong financial analytical skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Proven negotiation skills.
