Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including booking incoming cash, invoicing, and credit invoicing
• Monitor the AR inbox and address all internal and external queries
• Perform aging analysis, reconcile credit card payments, and produce weekly reports for department heads
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, including balance sheet reconciliations and revenue recognition
• Support the interim and year-end audit processes for AR
• Execute credit control and collection activities, including managing payment reminders and overdue invoices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage participant registration and admission policy communications
• Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize key performance metrics and credit control tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Brevet Federal in Accounting
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial accounting
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and VAT
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Ability to organize workload and prioritize multiple workstreams effectively
• High sense of urgency and commitment to meeting objectives
• Confidence in presenting information to senior management

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French is considered a significant advantage
