Responsibilities
- Generate invoices from Insertion Orders, Contracts, and Letters of Agreement
- Review and reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Process and deposit check payments
- Post daily cash entries from the bank to the general ledger
- Organize and maintain records of customers, invoices, and aging
- Prepare reconciliations of cash accounts and other balance sheet accounts
- Assist with month and year-end closing, annual audits, and 990 filing
- Create process documentation and suggest improvements
- Collaborate on IT systems enhancements
Requirements
- 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, accounting, or finance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office productivity tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
