Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage customer current accounts, including revenue from sales, service provision, and accounts receivable
• Handle the preparation and distribution of outgoing invoices, including corrections and handling invoice complaints
• Reconcile open items, advances, installments, and overpayments with customers
• Perform customer/vendor compensation tasks and manage balance and turnover reconciliations
• Send payment reminders for overdue debts and manage related interest charges and complaints
• Execute month-end closing tasks and support audit, regulatory, and other data reporting requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma in economics or an OKJ financial-accounting certification
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounts Receivable (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply)
• Intermediate English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience participating in business projects
• Proficiency with SAP software
