Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between customers and various internal departments, including operations and sales.
• Manage and follow up on all duties related to the assigned special account portfolio.
• Drive revenue growth and volume through cross-selling initiatives and lead generation.
• Acquire new import, export, and local service traffic, including customs clearance and spot business opportunities.
• Analyze billing or service complaints and coordinate with designated departments for timely resolution.
• Compile statistics and prepare accuracy data regarding target accounts.
• Coordinate with operations clerks to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and advanced Excel.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
• Proven ability to solve problems effectively and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with operational systems such as C1 or Forward.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills.
