Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end billing cycle, collections, and cash application pipeline
• Review closed-won opportunities in Salesforce and trigger automated billing runs in NetSuite
• Configure, monitor, and optimize automated subscription billing and dunning workflows
• Track and resolve failed electronic invoice deliveries in client e-procurement portals like Coupa and Ariba
• Manage AR aging reports and follow up on dunning escalations via phone and email
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding account statements and invoicing concerns
• Collaborate with the Corporate Controller on bad debt reserves and month-end close reconciliations
• Match and apply daily ACH, check, wire, and credit card payments within NetSuite

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite AR modules and cash application tools
• Proficiency in Salesforce for auditing customer contracts and updating collection status
• Direct experience managing automated billing schedules and system-generated dunning workflows
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Ability to maintain core availability during Eastern Time (8AM–5PM EST)
