Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare, post, verify, and record customer and franchisee payments
• Create and submit invoices to customers and franchisees
• Maintain and update customer files and contact information
• Reconcile bank account activity and accounts receivable ledgers
• Draft correspondence for past-due accounts and manage collections
• Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts
• Assist in generating monthly billing statements and reconciling revenue accounts

Requirements

• At least two years of accounts receivable experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel skills
• Experience with accounting software programs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
