Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts for new, upsell, and renewal clients to ensure accuracy
• Book sales orders in accordance with contract terms
• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in a timely fashion
• Make collection calls and email clients to resolve delinquent accounts
• Research and resolve billing issues
• Interact with internal Sales and Customer Success teams and external customers
• Process customer documents to facilitate payments (vendor forms, W-9, etc.)
• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts and process credit card payments
• Comply with ISO 27001 policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a mid-sized company
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience making telephone calls to customers (collections experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, IST 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
