Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities

• Manage billing documentation and propose process improvements to reduce errors and cycle times
• Ensure all billing activities comply with internal policies, SOX controls, and legal regulations
• Prepare reports regarding billing, outstanding invoices, shipment rejections, and corrections
• Maintain up-to-date billing information within ERP systems and AR tools
• Collaborate with the Collections team by providing necessary documentation and clarifications
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Legal departments
• Manage client platforms and portals to upload, track, and follow up on invoices
• Ensure all invoices include required documentation such as POs, contracts, and delivery notes

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in collections or accounts receivable management
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is preferred
