Accounts Receivable Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of AR Specialists, providing coaching, development, and day-to-day guidance
• Oversee billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations
• Monitor aging reports and key AR metrics to optimize cash flow
• Partner with internal teams and customers to resolve billing issues and account discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and financial reporting
• Help modernize financial processes and support ERP improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of corporate accounting experience
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience leading accounts receivable operations
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
