Accounts Receivable Jr. Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process a large volume of credit notes and related trade spend transactions with accuracy
• Support month-end processes including reclassifications, integrations, and required account documentation
• Prepare and maintain assigned account reconciliations in line with established controls
• Record payments and other specific AR-related entries with proper validation
• Act as the primary recording partner to the Deductions Analyst to ensure complete accounting entries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Experience in accounting entries, AR processes, or transactional accounting
• Knowledge of reconciliations, reclassifications, and month-end close processes
• Proficiency with SAP
• Advanced English skills for collaboration with regional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads
