Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile College payments, including enrollment deposits, student account payments, and international/ACH transactions
• Manage Third Party Billing accounts by assessing, coding, and communicating with various entities to facilitate direct billing
• Provide exceptional customer service to students and families via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Prepare and submit bank deposits and coordinate secure cash handling and transport
• Serve as a departmental liaison for Admissions, Athletics, and joint academic programs to ensure financial data integrity
• Perform departmental coverage and cross-training for billing, collections, and veteran services roles
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and missing revenue postings

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service
