Accounts Receivable Clerk

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and ensure correct, timely posting of incoming payments
• Monitor open accounts receivable positions and manage the dunning/collection process
• Communicate directly with customers via telephone and email regarding payments and payment agreements
• Act as a central point of contact for internal departments regarding customer accounts and payments
• Analyze and resolve payment discrepancies and coordinate necessary clarifications
• Create statistics, evaluations, and reports to support financial and business processes
• Support the continuous optimization of workflows and efficient accounts receivable management

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (kaufmännische Ausbildung)
• Professional experience in accounts receivable or a comparable function
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems
• Structured, accurate, and reliable working style with high attention to detail
• Professional, solution-oriented communication skills in German
• French language skills (written and spoken) are a plus
