Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts to ensure timely and accurate client invoicing
• Resolve customer invoicing disputes and track payment issues to meet monthly cash collection goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional email and phone communication
• Perform unapplied cash reconciliations when customer payments lack sufficient invoice details
• Prepare detailed aging reports, customized reconciliations, and documentation for credit memos
• Collaborate with Sales and Timesheet Verification teams to resolve billing inaccuracies and update profiles
• Set up billing profiles for new contractors and collect necessary rate documentation

Requirements

• 1+ years of recent experience in billing or customer invoicing dispute resolution
• Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, V-Lookups, and Concatenate formulas
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Experience using Microsoft Great Plains
• Experience with High Radius Cash Application or Deductions Software
• Experience with E-recruit
