Accounts Receivable & Billing Associate

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately based on contracts and billing schedules
• Ensure accuracy of revenue recognition schedules and maintain control over accounting ledgers
• Manage accounts receivable, deferred revenue, and customer deposits
• Prepare and store supporting documentation on a monthly basis
• Participate in month-end closing and assist with audit support activities
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all billing and AR tasks
• Work across multiple Middle East markets as assigned
• Leverage digital and AI tools to improve process efficiency and accuracy
• Escalate discrepancies or complex accounting issues to senior team members

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, billing, accounts receivable, or accounting operations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition concepts
• Deep knowledge of VAT applications in GCC countries
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume tasks
• Fluency in English is required
