About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure correct and timely processing of customer invoices
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding transactions and payment delays
- Manage overdue receivables to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
- Coordinate with debt collection service providers when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Service, E-Payments, Accounts Payable, IT, and ERP
- Perform account reconciliations and manage open items
- Handle credit notes and validate receivables for accounting audits
Requirements
- Professional experience in accounts receivable within an international B2B and B2C environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships
- High technical affinity with financial and accounting systems
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to account discrepancies
