About the role
Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices accurately and maintain proactive communication regarding transactions
- Monitor and collect overdue accounts to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
- Communicate with debtors via written and phone correspondence
- Coordinate with debt collection agencies as needed
- Collaborate with Customer Service, E-Payments, Account Payables, IT, and ERP teams
- Conduct account clearings and manage customer payment information
- Make decisions on payment deferrals and process credits
Requirements
- Several years of experience in accounts receivable
- Strong understanding of B2B/B2C finance operations in an international environment
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability
- Technical proficiency in financial and accounting systems
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
