Accounts Receivable Associate

Responsibilities

• Place service review calls to client contacts for collections
• Review and update reports in Excel, including data extraction and input
• Ensure continuous follow-ups with engagement teams regarding receivables
• Partner with the Accounts Receivable team to resolve invoice discrepancies and trace payments
• Perform other related duties as required to support the AR function

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in collections or banking
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Superior oral and written customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of calls
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a demanding environment
• Ability to multi-task effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable functions
