About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer billing processes and collaborate with internal partners
- Issue invoices and credits with high accuracy
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, disputes, and irregularities
- Research and resolve billing-related inquiries
- Assist with SuiteBilling implementation and parallel system runs
- Handle special projects and reporting as needed
Requirements
- 4+ years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in SaaS
- Business or accounting-related degree or diploma
- Experience with accounting software (AR and cash modules)
- Proficiency in NetSuite SuiteBilling and Salesforce
- Intermediate Excel skills including lookups and pivots
- Ability to work US Eastern Time business hours (starting 8 AM EST)
