Accounts Receivable Assistant

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer claims, deductions, and short payments to ensure accurate coding and timely resolution
• Create and manage disputes within SAP AR and Dispute Management systems
• Conduct root-cause analysis and gather supporting documentation from customers to validate claims
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Credit, Sales, and AR teams to resolve discrepancies
• Process dispute write-offs and adjustments within approved authority levels
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support process improvements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Dispute Management, or Deductions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills for data consolidation and report creation
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Receivable processes
• Experience with Power BI and dispute/deduction reporting
