Responsibilities
- Work closely with collection manager to assist in collections via telephone/email
- Utilize Sage Intacct for booking contracts, preparing pay applications, and locating invoices
- Review incoming service calls and customer accounts to confirm account status
- Identify and manage COD clients
- Take payments and manage accounts receivables inquiries
- Prepare work orders for invoicing and audit open work orders
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work M-F 8am-5pm
Preferred Qualifications
- Sage Intacct experience
