Responsibilities
- Perform AR calling for US medical billing
- Manage denials and implement corrective actions
- Work during EST Zone (India Night Shift)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hands-on AR calling experience in US medical billing
- Mandatory experience in Denial Management
- Experience in behavioral health preferred
- Ability to work night shifts
- Excellent English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with denial management involving direct action
- Background in behavioral health billing
