Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the collection of Accounts Receivable in compliance with established policies
• Perform account reconciliations, backlog management, and dispute resolution
• Process and apply payments, including uploading and depositing cash and electronic payments
• Monitor credit limits and review customer orders based on payment status
• Assist with AR audit processes, documentation, and PCI compliance
• Research unapplied or unallocated payments and resolve payment issues
• Collaborate with Credit Analysts and internal customers to manage challenging accounts
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent professional experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency with Order to Cash (O2C) systems
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, concepts, and techniques
• Experience reading and interpreting payment terms for contracts
• Ability to maintain, audit, and adjust customer accounts impacting the general ledger

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of professional accounting or finance experience
