Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and strengthen adherence to ITC controls, including SOX 404 and audit requirements.
• Analyze root causes of misapplied payments and deduction discrepancies to develop corrective actions.
• Administer HighRadius (HRC) modules and maintain accurate customer mapping and configuration.
• Provide analytical insight and expert problem-solving to internal stakeholders to reduce invalid deductions.
• Develop and maintain training materials, escalation frameworks, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in collections, deductions, or customer relationship management (CRM) within shared-service environments.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of accounting policies and GAAP/SOX concepts.
• Experience working with large data sets and creating actionable visual interpretations.
• Fluent English level for interaction with North America teams.
