Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities including timely customer invoice collection and cash application
• Follow up with customers regarding past AR balances to ensure timely collections and low DSO metrics
• Monitor customer portals to ensure accurate transmission of invoices and track future payments
• Respond to emails and tickets to address billing and collection inquiries from clients and internal staff
• Prepare accounts receivables aging reports and generate system reports to address client queries
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances and customer account issues

Requirements

• 0-2 years of accounts receivable experience
• Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems
• Collections experience within a SaaS organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data filtering
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills
• Solid accounting knowledge and an analytical mindset
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
