Accounts Receivable Administrator

Responsibilities

• Complete bank deposits for Canadian and US banks
• Process, enter, and reconcile payments received from clients
• Obtain remittance details from clients as needed
• Maintain accurate records to support the Collections Team
• Prepare daily cash forecasting spreadsheets
• Respond to client inquiries and requests
• Assist with CARM processes and ensure timely remittance of client payments to Canada Customs
• Prepare statements and reports for internal and external clients
• Ensure all back-up documentation is received and filed according to internal policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Finance and/or Accounting, or equivalent job experience
• 1+ years of experience in an A/R role or junior financial level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Legal eligibility to work for the company
