Accounts Receivable Accountant

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly and annual closings in collaboration with the Administrative and Accounting Manager
• Control the compliance of client contractual documents (contracts, work orders, work acceptance, etc.)
• Issue necessary bank guarantees for site management and ensure their follow-up
• Manage site analytical accounting in SAP (budget entry, administrative data, etc.)
• Issue monthly work progress invoices in collaboration with Operations and project managers
• Manage agency accounts receivable: collection, compensation, reconciliation, etc.
• Handle client reminders and monthly cash flow forecasting

Requirements

• Bac +2/3 degree in Accounting or Management
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the construction industry (BTP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SAP is highly appreciated
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills
