Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume supplier invoices and perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Resolve discrepancies or pricing issues and prepare weekly payment runs
• Monitor AP aging and support month-end accrual activities
• Generate accurate customer invoices and apply customer payments
• Work with Customer Service and Sales teams to resolve billing disputes and support collections
• Research inventory and production-related financial variances
• Prepare account reconciliations and support internal and external audits

Requirements

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of hands-on AP, AR, or general accounting experience
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience processing high volumes of transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business
• Experience supporting multiple facilities or value streams
• Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite/Syteline
• Background working in manufacturing environments
