Accounts Payable Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Review invoices to ensure expenses are charged to the correct Department and Financial Dimension
• Process a minimum of 100 invoices per week and assess applicable sale/use taxes
• Manage weekly check runs, including ACH, wires, and uploading Positive Pay files to CitiDirect
• Resolve issues regarding purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and payments
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and related transactions
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members while reviewing their work
• Maintain vendor information, including W-9 and ACH forms, and verify FCPA status
• Assist with expense report processing in Concur and support quarterly SEC and SOX audits
• Assist managers with monthly and quarterly accruals and update AP procedure manuals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a relevant certification
• 4-7 years of progressively responsible experience in the accounting field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with acute attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a team-focused environment
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Concur module is preferred
