Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including invoice processing and General Ledger coding
• Maintain and update vendor master data for accuracy and completeness
• Perform regular vendor statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong working relationships
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve purchase orders and receipt discrepancies
• Execute daily processes and controls in compliance with company policies
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation initiatives
• Assist with month-end close activities and audit support

Requirements

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of invoice validation and vendor reconciliations
• Experience maintaining accounting operations across multiple business units
• Familiarity with payment processing (ACH, wire, check)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
